According to the court’s ruling issued on Tuesday, the challenge against the constitutionality of Article 32(b) of Civil Retirement Law No. 34 of 1959 and its amendments was deemed inadmissible due to the lack of a proper link between the Constitutional Court and the case, in line with the Constitution and applicable law. The decision was based on the fact that the trial court had refrained from examining the merits of the unconstitutionality claim, in accordance with established constitutional jurisprudence and legal doctrine.
