AMMAN — The president of the Jordan Pharmacists Syndicate, Zaid Al-Kilani, said that the private sector will provide any anti-COVID treatment if it is approved by regulators and the World Health Organization, according to Jo24.اضافة اعلان

Kilani added that the private sector is usually the one that provides medicines to the local market, but in the case of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is lack of adequate treatment due to the global demand for medicine, and therefore the government has been reaching agreements with manufacturing companies.

Kilani said that the private sector will provide all COVID-19 treatment once the global manufacturing companies make it available, adding that the private sector is allowed to import medication to treat COVID-19.
