Army Thwarts 3 Attempts to Smuggle Large Quantities of Narcotics

AMMAN – The Eastern Military Zone on Wednesday dawn thwarted three attempts to smuggle large quantities of narcotics within its area of responsibility, involving the use of electronically guided balloons.اضافة اعلان

Border Guard units detected the balloons, engaged them, and successfully brought them down along with their cargo inside Jordanian territory. The operation was conducted in coordination with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department (AND).

The seized items have been referred to the competent authorities for further legal action.
