How to make matcha brittle pancakes at home:

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon matcha powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
One egg
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tbsp butter, melted

To serve:
Natural Honey
Fresh berries

Instructions:
Mix flour, matcha powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.

In another bowl, whisk the egg, milk, vanilla, and butter until combined.

Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir gently until you get a smooth mixture without overmixing.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
