12 regular marshmallows
1 tablespoon water

Instructions
Whip the cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until it reaches soft peaks.
Prepare the matcha mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the matcha powder and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and fully combined.

Combine: Gently fold the matcha mixture into the whipped cream.
