How to Make Kiwi and Yogurt Ice Cream
Ingredients:
4 ripe kiwis, peeled
2 cups plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons honey or sugar, as desired
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Mint leaves for decoration (optional)
Preparation:
Cut the kiwi into small pieces and place it in a blender.
Add lemon juice and one tablespoon of honey, then blend until smooth.
In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt with the remaining honey until fully dissolved.
Pour a layer of yogurt into ice cream molds.
Add a layer of kiwi mixture on top,and repeat the layers depending on the mold size.
Insert ice cream sticks in the center.
Place the molds in the freezer for 5 to 6 hours until completely frozen.
Remove from molds and serve chilled.
