1 kg chicken wings
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Oil for deep frying
For the Sauce:
3 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon sesame oil
For Garnish:
White sesame seeds
Minced garlic
Lemon slices
Instructions
Wash the chicken wings thoroughly and pat them dry with paper towels.
In a bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
Coat the chicken wings evenly with the mixture.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the wings until they are golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the fried wings to paper towels to remove excess oil.
In a separate pan, combine the gochujang, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil.
