Orange Jordan Launches New Training Round in Partnership with “Ablers” to Empower Youth with Disabilities

Orange Jordan has announced the opening of registration for a new round of its “Ablers” program, launched in partnership with Ablers for Training and Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities, to empower youth with disabilities and enhance their inclusion in the labor market through a comprehensive training program that develops their professional skills and prepares them for employment opportunities.

The program will provide participants with integrated opportunities, including specialized training to enhance job-related skills, career guidance sessions, and personalized support to strengthen their capabilities. In addition, qualified participants whose profiles match available vacancies will have the chance to apply for employment opportunities at Orange Jordan.

Applications are open to youth with disabilities aged 18–35 who hold a university degree and demonstrate commitment to active participation in all program activities.
