The Swiss Federal Court on Sunday rejected an appeal by Pyramids FC player Ramadan Sobhi against his four-year suspension over manipulation of a doping sample.

Under the ruling, Sobhi will be prohibited from participating in any football-related activity until 2029.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport had imposed the four-year ban in November 2025 over the alleged manipulation of his doping sample.
Sobhi appealed the decision in June in an attempt to have the suspension reduced.
Sobhi is under contract with Pyramids FC until 2028, but the doping case and suspension have halted the contract’s implementation for the duration of the ban.
