The 24-year-old England international has become a key player since joining Chelsea from Manchester City in 2023, scoring 91 goals in 138 appearances across all competitions.
Palmer was part of the squad that won the FIFA Club World Cup and the UEFA Conference League.
“After speaking with the owners, sporting directors and, of course, the manager, they gave me a great deal of confidence, so it felt completely right to sign the contract,” Palmer said.
“Speaking with the players as well, I found that everyone has the same ambitions. I feel that we can continue winning major trophies here.”
Chelsea have handed long-term contracts to a number of first-team players and emerging talents.
Striker Joao Pedro recently signed a contract keeping him at the club until 2034, while winger Pedro Neto agreed to a six-year deal last month.
Chelsea, who sit 10th in the Premier League, will host Bournemouth later on Saturday.
