Al-Nashama will begin their campaign in the championship on Friday, where they are set to play against Syria.

Hamad emphasized that the championship is important to assess the teams readiness for upcoming competitions including the Asia Cup and the 2026 World Cup qualifiers.

Regarding Al-Nashama’s upcoming friendly match against Spain on November 17, Hamad said: “There is no doubt that it’s an important meeting that awaits the team. We look forward to reflecting a good image of Jordanian football.”

“The national team’s recent results, especially our win over Kosovo and New Zealand, and our good performance in several friendly and official matches are important factors to holding the match.”

International Quartet Championship is hosted by the Jordanian Football Association and will take place September 23–27 at the King Abdullah II Stadium.
