The total number of apartments sold in Jordan during 2025 reached approximately 37,620 units, up from 36,933 units in 2024, marking a 2% increase, according to data from the Department of Lands and Survey.

Sales of apartments larger than 150 square meters rose by 5% in 2025, reaching 16,556 units compared to 15,830 units in 2024.
Meanwhile, sales of apartments smaller than 120 square meters increased by 3%, totaling 11,546 units compared to 11,175 units in 2024.
In contrast, sales of apartments sized between 120 and 150 square meters declined by 4% in 2025, reaching 9,518 units compared to 9,928 units in 2024.
On a monthly basis, December 2025 saw 3,177 apartments sold, down 8% from 3,470 units in December 2024.
Sales of apartments over 150 square meters in December 2025 totaled 1,376 units, a 6% decrease compared to 1,460 units in the same month of 2024. Sales of apartments between 120 and 150 square meters fell 13% to 820 units, compared to 939 units in December 2024. Conversely, apartments under 120 square meters saw a 2% rise in December 2025, totaling 1,116 units versus 1,094 units in December 2024.
The Cabinet issued a decision on 12 November 2024 exempting apartments larger than 150 square meters from 50% of registration fees, in addition to the previous decision exempting apartments smaller than 150 square meters from 100% of registration fees.
