French Anti-Terror Prosecutor Opens Investigation into Sydney Attack

Paris – On Monday, the French Anti-Terror Prosecutor announced the opening of an investigation in France, alongside the ongoing investigation by Australian authorities, into the attack targeting a beach celebration in Sydney that left 15 people dead and 42 injured.اضافة اعلان

The prosecutor’s statement indicated that the investigation specifically focuses on “murder linked to a terrorist act.”

Among the victims was 27-year-old French national Dan Elkyam, and another French citizen was also reported injured in the attack, which occurred during the Jewish festival of Hanukkah.
