UNRWA reaches breaking point — Lazzarini

NEW YORK — In a letter on Thursday, to the president of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), the Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) Phillipe Lazzari stated that the agency had reached a breaking point.
