South Africa seeks further action against Israel at ICJ

THE HAGUE — On Wednesday, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) stated that South Africa has requested additional emergency measures aimed at Israel, alleging violations of existing measures. In January, the UN's Supreme Court ordered Israel to abstain from any actions falling under the Genocide Convention and to ensure its forces do not engage in genocide against Palestinians.
