AMMAN— he Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation announced on Friday that it’s launching the Russian patrol military police cars in Daraa, South Syria, after militants evacuate the area, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
The Russian Conciliation Center for Syria stated that patrols include Russian military members and Syrian local self-defense units are to be spread across Daraa to maintain the area’s security and order.
Russian and Syrian flags were raised over the administrative buildings in the city, according to the statement.
