Qatar Warns of “Catastrophic” Regional Consequences from Any U.S.-Iran Escalation

Qatari Foreign Ministry spokesperson Majid Al-Ansari said at a press conference on the escalating military threats between Tehran and Washington: “We are aware that any escalation… would have catastrophic outcomes in the region and beyond, and therefore we want to avoid it as much as possible.”
