Israeli occupation authorities continue to close the Blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque for the eighth consecutive day.
Occupation forces closed the mosque last Saturday morning, forcing worshippers to leave and preventing the performance of Isha and Tarawih prayers. This coincided with a total lockdown imposed on the West Bank, occurring hours after a large-scale attack launched by Israel and the United States against Iran.

On Friday, for the third consecutive week, worshippers were barred from performing Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Notably, since the occupation of Jerusalem in 1967, the occupation authorities have only managed to close the mosque by a unilateral decision on a Friday five times.
