Israeli Army Urges Residents of Southern Lebanon to Avoid Restricted Areas

The Israeli army on Monday warned residents of southern Lebanon against moving south of a line of specific villages or approaching areas near the Litani River.

In a statement, Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee urged Lebanese civilians not to return to several border villages until further notice, citing security risks.

He added that Israeli forces remain deployed in the area during the ceasefire period due to what he described as the continued activity of Hezbollah.
