A Lebanese security source told Petra correspondents in Beirut that Israeli aircraft also struck the town of Aitaroun in the Bint Jbeil District, specifically in the Khanouq area on the outskirts of the town.
Meanwhile, the Litani River Authority announced that it has begun field inspections along the affected sites in preparation for clearing and reopening the river channel, aiming to prevent potential flooding and safeguard nearby residential areas, tourist sites, and agricultural lands.
