The acquisition includes advanced F-35 Lightning II stealth fighters and F-15IA (Israel Advanced) multi-role jets. According to the ministry, the deal is valued at tens of billions of shekels, marking a significant long-term investment in Israel's aerial superiority and regional strategic capabilities.

This move comes amid heightened regional tensions and reflects Israel's commitment to maintaining its "Qualitative Military Edge" (QME) through the integration of fifth-generation stealth technology alongside the heavy-payload capabilities of the latest F-15 variants.
