Gaza ambulance attack shocks UN chief

NEW YORK – United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres expressed his profound shock over the Israeli military's targeting of an ambulance convoy in Gaza on Friday, Al Ghad newspaper reported.اضافة اعلان

"I am horrified by the attack reported in Gaza against an ambulance convoy outside Al-Shifa Hospital, with the disturbing images of scattered dead bodies in the streets,” Guterres said in a statement issued on Saturday.


The UN Secretary-General once again called for an immediate ceasefire. He also appealed to all parties to respect international humanitarian law and protect civilians.
