Death toll in the Gaza Strip rises to 72,961 since the start of the Israeli aggression

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Saturday that the death toll from the Israeli occupation's aggression on the Strip has risen to 72,961 martyrs and 173,092 injured since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023.اضافة اعلان

The ministry reported that over the past 48 hours, hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 4 martyrs—including two newly killed, one who succumbed to previous wounds, and one whose body was newly recovered—along with 49 injuries.

It pointed out that the total number of martyrs since the ceasefire took effect on October 11 has risen to 951, and the total number of injuries to 2,984, while 782 bodies have been recovered.

The ministry explained that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and rescue crews have been unable to reach them up to this moment.
