Aboul Gheit and Guterres Discuss Developments on the Palestinian Cause

Secretary-General of the Arab League Ahmed Aboul Gheit met with UN Secretary-General António Guterres on the sidelines of the current session of the UN General Assembly in New York.اضافة اعلان

In a post on his account on Platform X, Aboul Gheit said the meeting was an important opportunity to exchange views on various issues in the region, foremost among them the latest developments in the Palestinian cause and the genocidal war against the Palestinian people in Gaza, in addition to discussing other regional issues of mutual concern.

Aboul Gheit praised the principled and clear positions expressed by Guterres regarding the Palestinian cause, stressing the importance of continued cooperation and coordination between the Arab League and the United Nations to promote security and stability in the region.
