GAZA – On Sunday, Abu Obeida, the spokesperson for Al-Qassam Brigades, delivered a powerful statement, marking 100 days since the start of Israel’s war on Gaza with a vow of unwavering resistance and a stark message to the international community.

For the first time since November 23, Abu Obaida appeared in person in a pre-recorded message. He described the war as a fight for all Palestinians with unwavering resolve. He dismissed any discussions unrelated to the immediate cessation of Israeli aggression, labeling them hollow and meaningless in the face of ongoing suffering.
He affirmed the brigade’s success in inflicting substantial damage on the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF). With unwavering resolve, he asserted that over 1,000 Israeli military vehicles had been disabled in 100 days as a result of a strategic focus on targeting ammunition and weaponry.
While acknowledging Israel's rampant propaganda and attempts to assert authority, Abu Obeida dismissed it as laughable, promising to demonstrate its falsehood in the days to come.
He emphasized the IOF’s failure to achieve their war goals and free Israeli captives. He claimed that many have remained unaccounted for in recent weeks, with indications that several have been killed, placing the responsibility squarely on Israel's shoulders.
Reaching out beyond Gaza, Abu Obeida urged Arab and Islamic counteries to recognize Israel’s destruction of most mosques in Gaza and to seize an opportunity to strike the Israeli occupation.
Abu Obeida continued to praise the resistance movements in Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq. Also mourning their dead as part of a shared struggle for justice.
The future, according to Abu Obeida, holds an expansion of resistance operations. He emphasized that the 100 days of Israel’s siege on Gaza has only reinforced Al-Qassam Brigades' resolve.
