Temperatures on Thursday are expected to be slightly above their seasonal averages, with pleasant conditions prevailing across most regions and mild weather in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Some mid- and high-level clouds will appear, and moderate easterly winds will occasionally become active in desert areas.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department’s report, pleasant weather will continue on Friday and Saturday in most areas, with mild conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. High-altitude clouds will be present, and moderate southeasterly winds will at times be active in desert regions.
On Sunday, temperatures will dip slightly. The weather will be cool over the highlands and remain pleasant elsewhere, with varying amounts of clouds at different altitudes. There is a chance of light, scattered showers in parts of the northern regions. Moderate westerly winds will become active at intervals, stirring dust in desert areas.
Temperatures in East Amman today range between 20°C and 11°C, while West Amman will see 18°C to 9°C. In the northern highlands, temperatures will range from 18°C to 9°C; in the Sharah highlands 17°C to 8°C; in the Badia regions 23°C to 12°C; in the plains 21°C to 11°C; in the northern Jordan Valley 27°C to 15°C; in the southern Jordan Valley 29°C to 17°C; at the Dead Sea 28°C to 18°C; and in Aqaba 28°C to 19°C.
