On Sunday, the weather will be foggy during the morning hours, especially over the highlands, and slightly cool in most regions with low-altitude clouds appearing. Light rain showers are expected in parts of the northern and central regions of the Kingdom, as well as in portions of the eastern and southwestern areas, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department’s report.
Winds will be moderate westerlies, and gradually in the afternoon, chances of rainfall will diminish, and conditions will tend toward stability.
The Meteorological Department warns of reduced horizontal visibility—sometimes disappearing entirely—during early morning and late-night hours due to fog over the highlands and parts of the desert and plains, as well as the risk of slippery roads in areas experiencing rainfall.
Temperatures on Sunday are expected to range between 17°C and 11°C in East Amman, 15°C and 9°C in West Amman, 13°C and 7°C in the northern highlands, 14°C and 6°C in the Sharah highlands, 21°C and 8°C in the desert regions, 18°C and 12°C in the plains, 25°C and 13°C in the northern Jordan Valley, 27°C and 16°C in the southern Jordan Valley, 26°C and 15°C at the Dead Sea, and 28°C and 17°C in Aqaba.
According to the report, temperatures will rise slightly on Monday, with mild weather prevailing in most regions and moderate conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, with the appearance of high-altitude clouds. Winds will be moderate southeasterlies.
On Tuesday, the weather will remain mild in most regions and moderate in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will be moderate southeasterlies, becoming occasionally active and raising dust at times, especially in desert areas.
As for Wednesday, the weather will be generally moderate, with southeasterly winds that will be moderately strong, occasionally stirring dust, particularly in desert regions.
