In its daily bulletin, the Jordan Meteorological Department has issued warnings against prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, especially during peak afternoon hours. It also cautions of potential reduced horizontal visibility in desert regions later in the day due to wind-induced dust.
A slight drop in temperatures is expected on Monday. Weather conditions will be relatively hot over highlands and plains, and extremely hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will remain northwesterly and moderate, occasionally picking up, especially in desert regions.
Another slight decrease in temperatures is anticipated on Tuesday, bringing them closer to seasonal averages. The weather will be typical of the Jordanian summer in most areas, remaining hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Moderate northwesterly winds are expected to be occasionally active.
Similar weather conditions are forecast for Wednesday, with typical summer temperatures across most parts of the country and hotter conditions in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. Winds will continue to blow moderately from the northwest, becoming active at times.
