Prince Feisal bin Al Hussein, President of the Jordan Olympic Committee, received on Monday, at the committee's headquarters, World Karate Federation President Antonio Espinós, Asian Karate Federation President Major General Nasser Al-Razooqi, and President of the Arab and West Asian Karate Federations Dr. Ibrahim Al-Qannas, in the presence of Jordan Olympic Committee Secretary-General Rana Al-Saeed and Jordan Karate Federation President Hasan Masoud.اضافة اعلان

Prince Feisal welcomed the guests, expressing his pride in the Kingdom hosting the 24th Asian Youth, Junior, and U21 Karate Championship.

He also affirmed the Olympic Committee's commitment to mobilizing all resources and efforts to ensure the success of this continental championship, and to deliver it in the best organizational form reflecting Jordan's sporting standing.

The meeting addressed the final preparations for the championship, set to begin tomorrow, Tuesday, at the Arena Hall in Prince Hussein Youth City, in addition to discussing ways to strengthen joint cooperation with the international, Asian, and Arab federations, in a way that contributes to developing the sport of karate and expanding its practice base.

For their part, the federation presidents expressed their deep appreciation to Jordan for hosting this prominent sporting event, praising the organizational efforts and facilities provided, and affirming the importance of this hosting in supporting the development of karate at the regional level.
