Jordan to participate in World Teakwondo Grand Prix

AMMAN — A delegation from the national taekwondo team headed to Rome on Tuesday to participate in the first round of the 2022 World Taekwondo Grand Prix, one of the strongest six-star taekwondo tournaments globally. اضافة اعلان

The tournament will be held from June 3–5 and will see the participation of female and male world taekwondo champions and Olympians.

The Jordanian delegation, for the first time, includes seven male and female players to participate in the tournament.

The national team lineup consists of Mahmoud Al-Tarayrah (under 58 kg), Zaid Halawani and Zeid Mustafa (under 68 kg), Fahd Ammar and Saleh El-Sharabaty (under 80 kg), Julyana Al-Sadeq (under 68 kg), and Rama Abo Al-Rub (over 67 kg).
