Al-Salt beats Al-Ahli to take Jordan Handball Cup

AMMAN — Al-Salt handball team was recently crowned Jordan Handball Cup champions, beating Al-Ahli 23-22 in the finals of the Jordan Cup Championship for handball, which was held at the Princess Sumaya Handball Hall, at Sports City. اضافة اعلان

The two teams exchanged scores throughout the match and by the end of the first half, Ahli was ahead 13-11.

During the second half of the match, Salt’s performance had improved and they managed to get back on track. The match got more exciting in last minutes when Ahli managed to even the score to 22-22, but Salt scored the winning goal in the last seconds of the match, to be crowned for the ninth time.
