Jordan reaffirms importance of medical tourism

AMMAN — Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health for Primary Health Care and Epidemiology Raed Al-Shboul met discussed with a visiting Algerian official cooperation in the field of medical tourism and exchange of medical expertise, according to Al-Mamlaka TV.اضافة اعلان

Shboul met on Sunday with President of the Algerian National Health Federation Tafart Moham-med, and Joheart Editor-in-Chief Hanan Al-Fuqaha.

Shboul stressed the importance of attracting tourists seeking medical treatment to Jordan, especially from Arab countries, like Alegria.

Mohammed expressed appreciation for the quality of health services provided by Jordan, which is a major reason Algeria contracts Jordanian hospitals.

He also expressed interest in participating in conferences organized by Jordan in the field of medical tourism.
