The total number of apartments sold in Jordan during the first eleven months of this year reached 33,733 units, marking a 1% increase compared to the same period last year, which recorded 33,440 units, according to the monthly report from the Department of Lands and Survey.

In November alone, 3,019 apartments were sold, up 4% from 2,906 units in the same month of 2024, but down 5.4% from October, which saw 3,190 units sold.
The report indicated that sales of apartments larger than 150 square meters rose by 6% during the first eleven months of the year, reaching 16,180 units, compared with 14,370 units sold in the same period of 2024. Sales of these larger apartments in November increased by 5%, totaling 1,346 units, up from 1,283 in November 2024.
Meanwhile, sales of apartments smaller than 120 square meters increased by 3% in the first eleven months, totaling 10,430 units compared with 10,081 units in the same period last year. In November, sales in this category surged 17%, reaching 996 units compared to 850 units in November 2024.
Sales of apartments between 120 and 150 square meters fell by 3% during the first eleven months, totaling 8,698 units compared with 8,989 units in the same period of 2024, although November sales in this category rose by 4%, reaching 804 units versus 773 units in November 2024.
The Cabinet issued a decision on 12 November 2024 exempting 50% of registration fees for apartments larger than 150 m², in addition to a previous decision granting a 100% exemption for apartments smaller than 150 m².
