Amman Stock Exchange Trading Reaches JD12.6 Million

Total trading value on the Amman Stock Exchange reached JD12.6 million on Wednesday, with 4.1 million shares traded through 4,338 transactions.

The ASE General Index closed at 4,166 points, down 0.69%. The industrial sector index fell 0.99%, the financial sector declined 0.76%, and the services sector dropped 0.22%.

Of the 102 companies traded on Wednesday, 29 recorded gains in their share prices compared with their previous closing levels, while 47 companies posted declines.
