3.578 Million Barrels of Crude Oil Imported from Iraq by the Kingdom Last Year

The total quantity of Iraqi crude oil supplied to the Kingdom during 2024 amounted to about 3.578 million barrels, transported by 14,027 tankers.

According to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources’ 2024 annual report, these quantities accounted for around 7 percent of Jordan’s market demand.

The report also showed the average stock levels of crude oil and petroleum derivatives as follows:

Crude oil: 261,661 tons

Gasoline 90: 187,462 tons

Gasoline 95: 29,480 tons

Diesel: 261,891 tons

Heavy fuel oil: 42,253 tons

Liquefied petroleum gas: 41,162 tons

Kerosene: 73,378 tons

Asphalt: 10,482 tons

Jet fuel: 84,529 tons
