Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi stated on Tuesday that talks with the United States regarding a final agreement with Washington will likely begin on Friday.

During a meeting with foreign diplomats broadcast by state television, Araqchi said: "It is likely that a new round of negotiations between Iran and the United States to reach a final agreement will begin on Friday, at a venue to be determined later."
Lebanon
Araqchi emphasized that "permanently" ending the war on all fronts, including Lebanon, constitutes the "most crucial issue" in the agreement with Washington.
"The important point I would like to emphasize here is that, from our perspective, the two sides of this memorandum are: on one side, the United States and Israel, and on the other side, Iran and Hezbollah," he said.
He added: "This is perhaps the most critical issue in the memorandum, which is the declaration of an immediate and permanent end to the war on all fronts, including Lebanon."
