The application period for unified admission to bachelor’s degree programs for the 2026–2027 general/summer session will end at midnight Thursday/Friday, according to the Unified Admission Coordination Unit at the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development.
The unit confirmed that the application deadline will not be extended, citing the absence of any justification for doing so. It urged students who have not yet submitted their applications to do so as soon as possible and properly save their applications before the officially announced deadline expires.
The unit said the final deadline for paying the application fee through the electronic payment service eFAWATEERcom is 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 23. Failure to pay the fee within the specified deadline will result in the application being canceled and excluded from the admission competition.
As of Tuesday afternoon, the number of applications submitted for bachelor’s degree programs at Jordan’s public universities had exceeded 58,000, according to Muhannad Al-Khatib, director of the Unified Admission Coordination Unit at the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development.
