In line with the Royal directives emphasizing that citizens' health is a red line, and under the instructions of Prime Minister Dr. Jaafar Hassan to enforce the law against violators, the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA), in cooperation with the Royal Department for Environmental Protection and the Desert Patrol Forces, carried out an intensive inspection campaign. The campaign reflects the JFDA’s commitment to food safety, consumer protection, and proactively addressing any threats to food security, resulting in the closure of three unlicensed cheese production facilities operating in violation of regulations.
