Company employee Mohammad Al-Zureikat said that the government is procrastinating, despite the employees’ continuous request to be paid. He noted that, according to the Jordanian Labor Observatory, their conditions are worsening, and they all have to provide for their families.

He pointed out that the prime minister pledged many times to pay their salaries, to no avail. He stressed that the employees have financial obligations like paying rent, school installments, and bank loans.
