The SSC emphasized that the online establishment registration process is straightforward, noting that detailed instructions can be viewed by following these steps via its official website:
Online Registration Steps
Step 1: Access the SSC official website (www.ssc.gov.jo), navigate to the "Electronic Services" menu, select the "Establishment Registration" service, and complete the required information.
Step 2: Enter partners' information (if applicable), followed by the liaison officer's details.
Step 3: Attach the required documents, check the "Declaration of Data Accuracy" box, and click the "Submit Request" button.
The SSC noted that it has published an instructional video explaining the online registration procedures under the provisions of the Social Security Law via the following link: [Click Here].
It also published a detailed user guide on its website via the following link: [Click Here].
The SSC explained that immediately upon submitting the request, an SMS notification will be sent to the phone number of the liaison officer / employer confirming receipt of the application by the relevant SSC branch. Subsequently, the establishment’s social security registration number will be sent to the liaison officer to visit the designated branch to update their data. Once updated, they can access the establishment’s account via online services using the establishment number and password to submit "employee status movement" requests.
