AMMAN — Senate President Faisal Fayez on Sunday discussed with the
Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mato Zeko ways of boosting bilateral
relations and cooperation, namely in parliamentary, political, economic, and
investment fields, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
"Ties between the two countries are strong, mutually beneficial and are
based on respect," said the Senate President, highlighting the region's
status quo and Jordan's position, under the leadership of His Majesty King
Abdullah II, towards the peace process and bringing about safety and security
in the region.
For his part, the envoy stressed his country's appreciation of the Jordanian
role, led by His Majesty King Abdullah II, in striving for the safety and
security of the region, hoping to further increase cooperation with Jordan in
the investment, economic, and tourism fields.
