Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Ahmed Al-Hunaiti inaugurated the new military court buildings on Tuesday, where he was received by the Director of the Military Judiciary.

During the visit, attended by a number of senior officers from the Jordan Armed Forces, Al-Hunaiti received a briefing from the Director of the Military Judiciary on the project's implementation phases and its modern facilities, which were designed to provide an integrated working environment that supports judicial procedures, enhances operational efficiency, and improves the quality of military judicial services.
The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff toured the new complex, inspecting courtrooms, administrative offices, and halls equipped with modern technologies and electronic connectivity systems.
The facilities are intended to enhance efficiency, accelerate case processing, and support the continued development of the military judiciary in line with best institutional practices.
Al-Hunaiti said the inauguration of the new military court complex reflects the Jordan Armed Forces' commitment to modernizing its facilities and infrastructure, in line with the General Command's vision to strengthen institutional performance and enable military institutions to carry out their duties with greater efficiency.
He stressed that developing the military judiciary is a fundamental pillar in reinforcing the rule of law, protecting rights, and ensuring justice in accordance with applicable legislation.
He added that the Jordan Armed Forces will continue implementing modernization plans based on the latest institutional standards to provide an advanced working environment that enhances performance and operational readiness across all formations and units.
At the conclusion of the visit, Al-Hunaiti expressed his appreciation for the efforts made to complete the project, emphasizing the importance of maintaining high levels of readiness and efficiency to support the mission of the military judiciary and achieve its objectives with professionalism.
