The weather will be relatively hot in the Badia and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba. Winds will be northwesterly and moderate in speed, occasionally picking up.
Highs and lows in East Amman are expected to range between 32°C and 19°C, while temperatures in West Amman will range between 30°C and 17°C. In the northern highlands, temperatures will range between 29°C and 16°C, and in the Sharah Mountains between 28°C and 14°C.
In the Badia, temperatures will range between 35°C and 21°C, while the plains will see highs of 31°C and lows of 18°C. Temperatures in the northern Jordan Valley are expected to reach 38°C, with lows of 24°C, while the southern Jordan Valley will see highs of 40°C and lows of 27°C. Temperatures at the Dead Sea will range between 39°C and 25°C, while Aqaba will see highs of 38°C and lows of 26°C.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department, temperatures will drop slightly on Tuesday. Moderate weather is expected in the mountainous areas and plains, while conditions will remain relatively hot in the Badia and hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba.
Some high clouds are also expected to appear, with moderate northwesterly winds occasionally picking up in the Badia.
A further slight drop in temperatures is expected on Wednesday. Weather on Wednesday and Thursday will be moderate and autumn-like across most areas, while remaining hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba.
Some low clouds are expected to appear, with moderate northwesterly winds occasionally picking up.
