AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF), on Monday in Ghabawi, observed a field testing of defense systems developed by the Jordan Design and Development Bureau (JODDB), according to a Royal Court statement. اضافة اعلان

King Abdullah listened to a briefing by JODDB Director Brig. Gen. Ayman Al-Batran, who said defense systems and industries in Jordan are constantly evolving, with the aim of serving the various JAF formations and units and enhancing their defense capabilities.

JODDB operates under the umbrella of the JAF, and is concerned with research and development, with the aim of providing optimal solutions in the defense field and equipping the armed forces with modern technology.

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Maj. Gen. Yousef Hneiti attended the briefing.
