His Majesty King Abdullah II visited AgiBot—a leading Chinese robotics manufacturing company—in the city of Shanghai on Tuesday.
His Majesty listened to a briefing presented by the company's chairman and Chief Operating Officer, Jiang Qinsong, on the application of the company's robots across manufacturing, logistics, hospitality, and security sectors.

His Majesty emphasized the importance of fostering cooperation between the company and Jordanian universities and institutions, particularly regarding the development of robotics technology applications and knowledge exchange.
Accompanied by His Royal Highness Prince Hashem bin Abdullah II and Her Royal Highness Princess Salma bint Abdullah II, His Majesty toured an exhibition featuring the company's flagship innovations.
His Majesty was accompanied during the visit by the Director of the Office of His Majesty, Eng. Ala'a Batayneh, Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Eng. Yarub Qudah, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Eng. Sami Smeirat, and Jordan's Ambassador to China, Husam Al-Husseini.
