His Majesty King Abdullah II, the Supreme Commander of the Jordanian Armed Forces, observed a joint security exercise on Sunday conducted by the Jordan Armed Forces – Arab Army, the General Intelligence Department, and the Public Security Directorate at the Special Police Training Center.

The exercise was attended by General Intelligence Department Director Maj. Gen. Ahmad Husni, Public Security Directorate Director Maj. Gen. Dr. Obeidallah Maaytah, and the Acting Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Assistant for Operations and Training Brig. Gen. Naji Al-Manaseer.
The drill featured a series of scenarios and coordinated security operations involving the Armed Forces and security agencies. It incorporated advanced technologies, including drones and robotic systems.
The exercise included live-fire drills with various weapons, tactical raids supported directly by Royal Jordanian Air Force aircraft, and simulated responses to threats involving chemical, biological, and explosive weapons.
The exercise commander emphasized that the aim of the drill was to strengthen the national security system through continuous readiness and comprehensive capabilities.
His Majesty the King commended the participants for their skill, professionalism, and the high level of preparedness they demonstrated in responding to a range of situations and challenges.
