Justice Minister Bassam Talhouni said the Ministry of Justice’s operational indicators over the past several months reflect continued improvements in service efficiency and processing times, supported by the ministry’s ongoing digital transformation efforts in line with Jordan’s Economic Modernisation Vision.
Talhouni said enforcement departments at courts across the Kingdom processed 51,662 transfers in May, 106,686 in June, and 93,327 in July.
The value of payments reached JD100 million in May, JD45 million in June, and JD38 million in July, bringing the total to approximately JD184 million. Talhouni said the figures reflect the efficiency of procedures and the speed with which litigants’ financial rights are handled, helping strengthen confidence in the enforcement system and accelerate the recovery of dues.
He added that these results were achieved through the development of procedures, automation of services, and the use of electronic systems to track enforcement transactions, ensuring faster, more efficient and transparent services.
Procedures have also been redesigned so that amounts paid into enforcement case accounts through deductions and monthly instalments are transferred to beneficiaries immediately upon payment.
Talhouni said the ministry had designated the email address
[email protected] to receive complaints and feedback in cases where the transfer of paid amounts is delayed for more than 48 hours.
A total of 57 complaints and observations have been received through the service, all of which have been addressed, he said, adding that the ministry will continue to regularly follow up on feedback received in this regard.
