AMMAN — The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship warned of malicious fake links that
deceive parents by claiming to provide financial aid to students, according to
Al-Mamlaka TV.
The ministry urged citizens to refer
to government websites, or their pages on social media to verify the
authenticity of the links. It also urged people against circulating or accessing
the suspected links, so that it does not help circulating them. It said the
fake links, when accessed, will hack personal data.
