Jordan’s envoy to Italy presents credentials

AQMMAN — Qais Abu Daieh, on Thursday, presented his credentials to the Italian president as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the Italian Republic at a reception hosted by the Italian President Sergio Mattarella at the Quirinal Palace in Rome, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان
 
 Abu Daieh conveyed His Majesty King Abdullah’s greetings to the Italian president and wished for further prosperity and progress for the Italian people.
 
 The president conveyed his best wishes to His Majesty and the Jordanian people, praising the advanced ties that bring together Rome and Amman.
 
 He also voiced his deepest appreciation for His Majesty King Abdullah’s key role in preserving security and stability and promoting the values of brotherhood, tolerance, and peace in the Middle East region and the world.
 
 The president pointed to the Lamp of Peace award that was received by His Majesty King Abdullah in 2019 in recognition of his efforts to promote peace in the world.
