During the visit, Al-Bakkar agreed in principle with the investor to train 150–200 young Jordanians in technical skills at training institute programs, preparing them to join the factory workforce upon completion.
The visit was accompanied by Zarqa Governor Dr. Firas Abu Qaoud, the Director of Labor Inspection Eng. Haitham Al-Najdawi, and Director of Labor Relations Adnan Al-Dahamsheh. He also mentioned plans to expand investments in Jordan, including a production branch in Al-Azraq, with the main Dhuleil factory currently employing approximately 1,762 Jordanian men and women.
